My goal is to create work that is visually appealing and accessible. I draw my inspiration from our shared absurdity; the always interesting, frequently depressing, occasionally uplifting, sometimes tragic and endlessly glorious thing we call life. My style is rooted in a love of stories and story telling. It is derived from an interest in vintage illustration, comics, and primers; all the simple visual devices we use as a culture to educate and socialize ourselves.
